Serving Suggestion: Classically served cold with an array of meats and cheeses but on this occasion best served hot (best heated to 50 – 55°C) with an array of spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, star anise, allspice and cardamom – all of which are supplied in the Spice Bag. Add a slice of orange for an extra zesty tang.
